"Reliable lodging, good staff, not so great breakfast, could be better. We stay here often. No major issues other than low grade breakfast. "

"We stayed for 4 nights. Kitchenette, two beds, one was a separate bedroom. It was clean but in need of a refresh. Staff are friendly. Continental breakfast was enjoyed by our two boys, offering decent variety at no extra charge which was appreciated. Also appreciated was free parking. One thing to note, the kitchenette does not come with any kitchenware and that’s an extra fee which I was not made aware of when I made the booking. I used Expedia so I don’t blame the hotel but just note if you’re doing any cooking you’ll need to pay for using their cooking equipment. "

"the rooms were fine, the pool closed way to early and the staff were terrible. i had to move rooms because they wouldnt let 3 sleep in a king bed. While i moved the staff were hounding us even thought it was their mistake, and when i left my wallet in the old room, the cleaning staff stole it, and when i went to complain they got mad at me for accuseing them. worst of all is when i went to check out, i paid for the extended checkout because my friend was sick. and was still sick when it was time, i asked them for a few minutes and then they charged me 55 dollars. terrible, like family my ass."

"Had a wonderful 3 nights stay ( Mar 4/5/62026)at Sonesta ES Suites Markham Toronto. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite was extremely comfortable and spacious—perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, which made the stay even more convenient. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety including hot items, cereal, and even pancakes. It was a great way to start the day. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The manager personally came to meet us and asked if everything was okay, which made us feel very welcome and valued as guests. The only downside was that parking is now $5 per day which used to be free before. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Markham/Toronto area. 😊"
