"We’ve stayed at Novotel multiple times for special occasions, and it never disappoints. The staff always go above and beyond to make our stay special—they’re incredibly helpful and genuinely care about their guests. We were even pleasantly surprised with complimentary breakfast, which made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Sam for his exceptional customer service—he truly deserves recognition (and a raise!). Highly recommend this hotel every time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🎯"

"Easy access. On site restsurant breakfast was not very good."

"Room was a little dirty - shower, floors. The tv wasn't working very well, could not watch what we wanted only one channel worked. Volume was either 100% or 0%, even when we tried our fire stick we brought from home. We loved the breakfast, the staff we came across especially the man in red helping at breakfast he deserves a raise!"

"Breakfast was good. Stuff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Room was big but carpet was not that clean. Bed very comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay. One thing that really bothered me it was hockey players and there partners having late party . Some of parents were drinking beer right next to our door passed 11 pm and i mean we had to make one of them move away for us to get to our room. Kids were playing hockey right in front of elevator after 10 pm. And very noisy older gang came to the room after mid night screaming till 1:30 am. But it’s not hotel but people who have no good behaviour."
