"I didn’t expect to be in a cute little cottage type room. Not like the bigger hotels. Very well kept up I loved the tub. There’s slats on the windows so light comes in at night that was different. The bed was very comfortable. I did come on a Monday I think it was quiet because of that. I liked being by the beach. Cute cafes nearby"

"Enough room for 8 people, ocean view was exceptional. Place was a little dirty, had to do some cleaning before settled in. Street noise was high especially at night. Only one parking area for a medium size car or truck. Have to hike 3 levels of stairs to get to unit, ok if you have young legs. Ocean was closed due to contamination. Lots of Restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would not stay in this area again."

"Overall the place was great. It is the end unit and above the restaurant so Friday a d Saturday nights were kind of loud. The pool was great and the beach. Walking to anything downtown was easy. Just thought the vents could have been cleaned and there was mold in the washing machine door. Definitely would stay there again, the family loved it"

"Our biggest gripe from our kids was that they weren’t allowed in the water due to sewer leakage from Tijuana. We specifically booked to be on the beach so that was definitely a bummer. That would have been nice to have been disclosed. Not being from the area- I didn’t know about the issues but from reading articles it sounds like this has been an issue since 2021. (We started getting in the water and had the lifeguards stop us). However, the sunsets were killer from the condo! Beautiful beach...
