"The hilton system was down and the staff was helpful in that they print it off all the reservations and worked as a team to get all of the reservations into rooms. They did this by writing things down on paper, using radios and making the whole system work incredibly well for the terrible situation.They were in."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with this condo! The property was spotless from the moment we arrived, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location on the beach was perfect, and the condo itself was gorgeous with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.During our stay, the air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working. While things like that can happen anywhere, what really stood out was how incredible the host was. Within just a few hours, they had portable A/C units delivered to make sure we stayed comfortable for the rest of our trip. They truly went above and beyond. They also checked in with us throughout our stay, communicated quickly, and were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating.We genuinely have zero complaints and can’t recommend this condo enough. This will absolutely be our yearly San Diego vacation rental. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, we can’t wait to come back!"

"The host was very accommodating and put a roll away bed in for use. The host communication was great and let us check in early. I do wish the kitchen was a little more stocked. There was only one knife, no cutting boards and more kitchen items would have made it more pleasant to use the kitchen, especially since we had a big group. There also wasn't soap in every bathroom and there were paper towels instead of hand towels in the bathroom. Some actual hand towels would have made it feel a little nicer. I don't think the a/c was working when we were there but if you opened all the windows it managed to stay cool enough. A fan or two would have been nice. The screen doors were also falling off the tracks and the last night we were attacked by mosquitos. Overall we had a nice stay and the beach was easy to access and you could hear the waves at night."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the amenities were excellent. The property was very clean, we loved the pool, and having two designated parking spaces was a huge bonus.We visit Imperial Beach every year, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. The only disappointment was the washer. It had a strong musty odor, so we weren't comfortable using it and ended up taking our clothes to a laundromat instead.Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"We had our grandkids visiting from Chicago and they had not been to the beach before. We wanted this to be a special occasion since we don’t see them very often. So, we wanted the beach experience to be memorable. The views were amazing, the property was decorated with a focus on just that with paintings of the sea. The property was updated and felt contemporary. Amazing! We will be back."

"We vacationed as a family with 4 teenagers! There was comfortable space for all bodies. We appreciated the ample bedding, fans and linens to supply all our sleeping, showering and beach time needs. The view on the balcony and out the rear windows was so peaceful and refreshing. I spent every morning outside with my coffee and the sound of the waves. Another treasure of this place was the luxury shower in the master suite! We all enjoyed the extra amenities including the sauna and red light.The owner, Rochelle was incredibly communicative and quick to assist us when we needed help with a few things. Minor issues such as wifi being off, were resolved on the spot. We made use of a few games in the closet and boogie boards and appreciated the generosity of resources!Our stay was lovely and refreshing and we would stay again!"
