"I love it "

"I liked the location of the hotel near all tourist attractions like Balboa Park, San Diego zoo, Little Italy and more. The rooms were cleaned and had a nice view of the marina. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good too. The cons; the hotel was booked due to convention's, checking took long, valet took long to have your car ready, there was lines to get in the elevators and stopped at multiple floors, with kids that was very difficult since they have no patience. "

"Activities for all ages. Restaurants were good but pricey. The scheduled events like movie night and smores were a letdown, felt cheap and forgettable. Room was okay but there was a leftover sock and toy from previous people when we got there and a strange clicking sound in the bathroom every 20 seconds. Also no overhead lighting and no way to turn off the patio light at night."

"My stay here was amazing the staff was nice and attentive, room was clean with an amazing view. Next time we will stay on the marina side although the bay view was peaceful and beautiful I believe it’s more restaurants to choose from. I definitely plan to stay here again!"

"The hotel itself is very nice. The room is spacious. Location wise it is surrounded by a lot of other hotels but not close to restaurants/shops. The down side to this hotel is there is a lack of facilities. The restaurant closes at 9pm. And on the saturday when we wanted afternoon food the restaurant was closed for a private event. There is no coffee shop within the hotel. Its a very sterile environment. Cannot fault the rooms but dont come here for an overall "experience". "
