"We drove around for 1/2 hour searching for this hotel, up and down dirt roads in a 4x4. Could not find it. Phoned the hotel, no answer. So we booked another hotel down the highway. Sure hope hotels.com refunds my purchase"

"Great value for the price. Overall the hotel is quite clean although I noticed some mold in the shower grout. Extremely helpful staff. Great location. Rooms over the street can be noisy. "

"Staff went out of their way to help us when we had some altitude sickness, offering options, including adding anight stay. The night desk, clerk, Katie Loayza especially went out of her way helping us get oxygen and even offering to have a doctor see us if needed, even though she was working alone. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options, view lovely and lots of service right outside the door. "
