"Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked. Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up. Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance."

"We booked a room with double bed a few weeks before reservation date. Upon arrival, there was some confusion about our reservation. After figuring it out, we were told that they did not have a double room available, but would be able to put us in separate rooms. Besides that issue, it was a decent hostel and good location, and the staff working were friendly and helpful!"
