"We came down from Massachusetts for a wedding. I reserved a suite with 2 queen beds. When I arrived I was told that I have a room with 2 full beds, and was also told that the hotel didn’t have any queen beds…but online I specifically reserved queen beds. After proving that I reserved queen beds. The girl at the front desk then tells me that the hotel does have queen beds but “they were not clean”. So which one was it? You do or don’t have queen beds? When we got into our room it was terrible. Sheets clearly never cleaned or replaced. Cabinets were broken, couch had stains, office chair was broken, chips and messed up paint on walls, missing/ damaged parts on headboards, door frames looks like they have been broken into, some of the lights and plugs don’t work. Also..some of the doors don’t lock so anyone can just walk in at any point. They have a pool but I wouldn’t be worried about going into it, walking by the pool, we saw a hairball next to the pool. That tells me that they don’t clean anything well. The breakfast was absolutely horrible (I was told). I will never stay at a country inn again in my life this experience was that bad. "

"We enjoyed a great stay in Savannah. Hotel location made it easy to get to all locations we wanted to visit. Rooms were beautiful & fresh and the onsite parking garage was very convenient."

"It was disappointing. Very old needs updated. Carpet is very dirty. There’s only one mirror in the whole room and it’s in the bathroom and it’s very dull. It was not a good experience."

"I was disappointed when I entered my room. It smelled damp. The coffee machine had calcium buildup. The shower temperature was either too hot or too cold. Slow drain, not to mention dirty tub. We had to shower with shoes on our feet. As I was packing up to check out, housekeeping decided to attempt to barge in my room. However, I had the safety latch on which prevented her from entering. Two young ladies that were poolside, commented on how rude housekeeping was for trying to enter my room. My interaction with staff was very little, nothing stood out. Parking was fine. "

"The front desk staff was amazing, patient, kind, and incredibly helpful despite all the chaos. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not match that level of service. The property was very dirty and clearly not updated. The photos online do not accurately reflect the current condition. Our bedding had visible stains, and getting clean towels was a constant struggle, they were almost never available. The cleanliness and overall style felt more like a motel, yet the price was expensive, nearly $200 a night. We also did not feel safe around the property. The pool was very dirty. Overall, I would not stay here again."
