"It’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The
pool is great, and there are hammocks beneath the coconut trees, perfect for unwinding. The air conditioning works well, though there’s no refrigerator in the room. Still looking forward to trying the continental breakfast, but expectations are high."

"Property overall was really nice. Great tropical aesthetic, landscaping well taken care of and pools nicely designed.
The rooms though could have been nicer. They’re nice but quite small and not sealed off from outside apparently. I was stung by a scorpion on my first night and response for this should have been faster. They just gave us free massages for the inconvenience."

"The property is beautiful. We walked on the beach every morning with coffee. The pools were nice and staff was very nice and attentive. A variety of food choices would have been nice. Breakfast didn’t change much. Lunch and dinner were ok. Costa Rica is amazing!!"

"Truly a hidden gem and quite the experience. Nestled away in the trees, very unassuming area when driving through to get there, then once arriving—spectacular!
Jovani took care of the check-in, very smooth and seamless. Gave us a golf cart ride to our room and delivered our bags.
Carlos, restaurant manager, made us a welcome drink. Very personable and felt like old friends.
Johnny was also personable and an excellent waiter. He had great conversations with us and really great person!

"This was the best place we could have picked to stay! The staff was absolutely outstanding with their service and were so friendly and helpful! The food was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean and stayed cool all day. We walked the beach and spent lots of time at the
pool. It was not over crowded like other places where you can’t even find a chair. In the
pool you get to see the monkeys in the mango treee right above you taking naps and eating mangos. It was magical! Breakfast is free...

"This property is absolutely gorgeous. I was disappointed in the management of the the property. Arriving guests had to wait a long time to check In and to get simple questions answered. They never answered the phones at all. The property is huge so you have to walk a lot but they have shuttles that never seemed to come to our building. They have limited towels and the food was horrible. There were very limited food choices and it was bland to taste. We tried the specialty dinning and the food was not good at all. We had to check out early due to having to drive 3 hours to another airport. The attendant would not let us exit without a piece of paper and this caused us to travel late during the night. If the lines weren’t so long we should have just been able to leave.
I would not stay here again unless they made a lot of changes to their iteniary. "
