"We traveled with our 20-something kids and their partners - 13 total in our group. The house and grounds were perfect - plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, spacious and varied common areas (where people could be together or find some quiet areas), a well-stocked kitchen (and big bbq), outside game tables, a pool with pool toys, and of course right on the beach with kayaks, SUPs, boogie boards, etc. We had a blast. Arturo, the concierge, helped with rental cars, airport transportation, all activities, and recommendations pre-trip and during the trip. Housekeeping was available throughout. The neighborhood is great. Are there glitzier houses for rent? Maybe. But this one was perfect - a 10/10 experience for us. "

"This was the perfect house for our group of 13. The house has 9 bedrooms so we had plenty of room. The downstairs kitchen/dining/living area is open and roomy. The kitchen is very well equipped. The highlight is the patio with swimming pool that opens up onto the beach. just spectacular. the pool cabana has a bar, ice maker, and gas grill. We spent most of our time enjoying this beautiful space. daily walks on the beach.The location of the house is great, as well. very close to stores and restaurants as well as other beaches. we rented golf carts to get around. never needed a car.house staff was great. daily cleaning of the house and patio/pool area. very friendly staff.the owners were also great to work with. they answered all of our questions via email prior to our trip so there were no surprises. they also hooked us up with companies to book the golf cart rentals, airport transportation, excursions, etc. They have really assembled a great team to make your vacation easy and memorable.We highly recommend this house for large groups that are looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting."

"Relaxing and quiet stay. Check in process easy and staff was helpful. Villa was clean with frequent housekeeping service. Highlight was the pool which is accessible to all guests. Beach is a 10 minute drive away or 20 minute walk. Grocery store Super La Muralla nearby along with small restaurants serving breakfast and lunch."

"This property was beautiful. Close enough to walk to things but far enough away to feel secluded. Loved waking up and sitting on the beach drinking coffee. Hammocks during the afternoon thunderstorms were fun. This was an incredible space for our anniversary/birthday trip. "
