"The Hotel was fine. Elevators were slow despite being 5 of them. Music was a bit loud some nights (we could hear the bass thumping in our room on 9th floor). Rooms were comfortable but they should have cleaned the giant stain on carpet from previous guests. Some of the towels we received during the week had stains on them. Bathroom strangely smelled a bit like sewer so we kept door shut when we went to sleep. "

Check in took a little longer than expected but passing staff member helped entertain the kids which was nice, after a 14hr flight! "Room stay was abit small as compared to Macau. Check-in took very long and room was not ready at 3pm, hence gotta came back again in the night to retrieve the keys. The process took long as well for collection of keys. Plus points are just opposite k11, star ferry and avenue of stars. MTR exit k is just behind the hotel but it’s a long walk to the red line. Overall still not too bad"
