After that, the property get to me saying that is not available for that date but it is on later dates. I reply asking for them to cancel and refund the booking which they say they can't do. After contacting VRBO, they appear to be helpless with all that and they say I will receive an email, which I haven't. As a result, we never could stay in this property, I have been charge for it anyway and...
