Everyone was attentive to my needs and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. It provided the perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring Hong Kong. What truly made my trip unforgettable was the outstanding concierge service, especially from Marvin Wong. I arrived in Hong Kong with very little planning and wasn’t sure where to visit or which restaurants to try. "Overall very good place to stay. Rooms were clean and modern enough. Aircon was a little noisy in my room though, Staff friendly and amenities great. Breakfast at the main restaurant is good, not as expensive as others I’ve stayed at but plenty of options still. There hotel was a close walk to the North Side metro station. Shops and markets in walking distance also. The entrance to the hotel was a little inconspicuous, situated on the market side. Overall a pleasant stay."

"The hotel is in a great location right on the harbour promenade. We had a room facing the harbour with a lovely view. Breakfast is great with a good selection of local and international dishes. The pool looks good but it was raining and it was closed. The staff are very professional and attentive."
