"Overnight stay after landing into Chicago. Huge complex with an array of different facilities, attentive staff, quick check in / check out, large room with toiletries and hairdryer. Complimentary airport shuttle bus was super helpful. "

"My birthday weekend was wonderful at the Hyatt! Customer service was outstanding thanks to Vanetta (Vanessa) one of the supervisor for the front desk and Amari. "Great bed, comforter, and pillow. Cooling Heating works well. Spacious bathroom. Wish they had provided two plastic water cups in bathroom, and two for drinking water. No hotel transport from airport, or from Rental Car terminal. "

"After having a terrible experience at an unrelated hotel the night before, we were warmly welcomed by Patrick upon arrival. He was pleasant and quickly got us checked in and directed us to our room. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and was very quiet. We slept well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot with a selection of waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes. There was also a cold selection. The only minor negative about our stay was the low water pressure in the shower, however, this would not deter us from staying here in the future. Overall, our stay was great!"
