"- Electricity cut-offs 4 times a day (for instance, after only powering Washing machine & one heater at the same time). - A window shutter only coming up to the middle of it's course (which lead to only half-brightness in the bedroom) - The kitchen fan & their lightings not working - A water leak coming out of the toilets - And the most : A water jam in the shower which leads to all kind of feces coming up in the shower.
