We were excited to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was terrible. Upon arrival, we were told the bedding we requested wasn’t available. Instead of a queen bed, they gave us two beds pushed together and called it a king. They claimed it was an upgrade, but the AC in that room didn’t work. Parking was also advertised as available, but there was none—we had to park far away.
When we complained and requested to cancel, they told us to contact Expedia. Expedia called the hotel, and the staff lied, claiming they had a better room for us and that parking was available—both false. After much back and forth, they showed us the room we originally requested. It was finally a queen bed, but by then, the trust was gone.
They also said they’d include breakfast due to the inconvenience, but the next morning we were told we had no breakfast included—after already serving ourselves. It was embarrassing. Javier from the front desk had promised otherwise. On top of it all, the shower in our final room was clogged and didn’t drain properly.
This hotel has potential, but poor management, lack of training, and dishonesty ruined the experience. Guests deserve better.
