They also agreed to hold our luggage once the airport found it until the end of the cruise even though we were not staying with them at the end of the cruise. Exceptional customer service! "I arrived in Tenerife by ferry and walked to NH Tenerife. Check-in was efficient, the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with many options. The hotel is close to many restaurants and close to the light rail line that goes to San Cristobal de La Laguna. I recommend this hotel and will stay there on my next visit to Tenerife."

"Its in a central position in the city and so everything is a short walk away. Restaurants are in abundance ( there's a Japanese restaurant within the hotel). Theres a restaurant yards from the hotel called La Chahura (i think !) which is excellent and the portions are huge ! The hotel itself is spotless and the rooms are big and airy with large bathrooms and boutique decor . The tram runs right outside so it's handy. I will definitely stay here again ."

"We had a very nice stay here. The hotel lobby area is outstanding, as is the restaurant next door. Our room was quite commodius. La Laguna is a smaller than the the town of San Christobal below, but quite enjoyable. The public transportation is quite good "

"Excellent accommodation in close driving distance to Anaga's hiking trails and famous Laurel Forest. The Double room with attached private bathroom, dressing room, and balcony is exceptional. Location is in a contemporary residential area on a quiet, dead-end road, near to TF13. Do not miss the Farmer's Market on Saturday and Sunday mornings! Hosts, Jésus and his wife, are kindly and helpful. Highly recommend IF you have a car. "

"Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again! "
