"This place is in a great location and in a complex that has a very nice recreation/relaxation area with a sauna, steam room, pool and several hot tubs, along with a big game room with a big sitting area, arcade games, table shuffle board, etc. The complex was nearly empty during mud season, so we pretty much had the run of the place. The unit was nice for 2, would probably be ok for 3 but might be crowded for 4. It’s small but has good storage space for its size and was super clean. Its bathroom was stocked but — our only little knock on the place — the kitchen, while stocked with the usual utensils, had absolutely nothing else. No coffee or any kind of spices. Nothing. So if you want to cook, you’re going to buy absolutely everything. That was the only little downer but everything else was great."

"We had a lovely time while staying at this condo. The location was perfect, everything within walking distance. The condo was exactly as described very comfortable, and clean. Everything to make you feel at home was included. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again should we be in Breckenridge again. We even woke up one morning to the quaint town glistening with snow! Very Beautiful!"

"We had a great weekend getaway with friends at Sawmill Creek at the end of the ski season. It would be nice if the cancellation terms were a little more flexible (non refundable starting 2 weeks prior) but it was a great deal with nice space and amenities. It’s a great location with an easy walk to the gondola @ 10 min with ski gear and Main Street. We look forward to staying there again."
