"Visited Breckenridge to watch our son participate in the Leadville race. The condo was at a great location to walk into town and to hike on the slopes and only 40 minutes from Leadville."

"As you will read in many reviews of this property, the location of this property was excellent. Downtown is easily accessible by foot and the area is incredible. Also, hiking was right out the door. One negative, no matter how small, was the upkeep of the unit . The transition from carpet to tile was separated and if you hit that spot just right you felt the carpet tacks. A simple threshold piece would correct this. Otherwise the unit was very clean. Would definitely stay here again and again."

"Very good location to ski school and town. Lift lines were longer than we expected to get up the mountain but had nothing to do with our condo...It was perfect for my family. Our only comment was that the bathrooms should have been better equipped with better soaps and personal hygiene items. (more upscale)"

"Room had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Great location and easy walking to Main Street. Because it is so close to downtown it is a bit noisy in evenings when you open windows to sleep. But it's a trade off to be close to town. No A/C so you have to open windows to keep room cool for sleeping but it does let noise in."

"Great location and lots of space in the apartment for all our gear as well as to relax. Took a minute to figure out the vast underground parking garage! It was a great place for us to base ourselves for a weekend in Breck. Would go back."

"Great location in that it is walkable to everything on Main St. The hot tubs were really nice. Only issue was the room was a little warm and the thermostat didn’t really adjust. Luckily it was cool outside and we were able to open the window."
