This cozy studio had everything I needed!!! Walking distance to Main Street, grocery store across the street and could hop on a bus at the corner… great for a solo travel or couple…

Well placed for everything that Breck has to offer the accommodation is on the small side but the perfect size for two people. The bonus is they also accept pets and there is a garage under the building which protects you vehicle from the winter weather.The host was super responsive and the check in/out instructions were very clear. We would love be to stay here again.

The location is ideal for walking everywhere. We had three snowy days. Having an indoor parking spot was heavenly when it came time to leave. One issue was the washer was not working. It was a holiday weekend so no repairs so repair not possible

We enjoyed our stay here. We found the walk to the Quicksilver lift to be fine - especially if we wore shoes and stored them at The Maggie while skiing. Its about a 10 min walk. We enjoyed being able to have our dog there and take him right out the patio door. There is also a dogpark close by - a few blocks away. We were able to just leave our car in the garage and walk to all our meals. This place was clean and had everything we needed.

This property is comfortable and well suited for a getaway to the mountains. The location truly can’t be beat! One block off Main Street and across the street from a grocery store. It has a sliding door out to a small patio which was nice. The bed was super comfy too!

We came to Breckenridge to relax and check out the town. The location to Main Street was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. The condo was a good size space and very comfortable. We are in our sixties so the only concern was no non slip bath mat or grab bar in the tub.other than that, everything was perfect. Check in was a breeze.

We stayed here with our pup and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! The condo is just as it appears in the listing - small but nicely maintained. Bed was comfy, fireplace was nice, and the place really is convenient for traveling with a dog.
The location really can't be beat. Easy walking to stores, restaurants, hiking, etc.

Nicely maintained one bedroom condo with an additional and comfortable sleeper sofa. We loved that it was within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a grocery right across the street. We were traveling with a blind dog and had a hard time finding a dog friendly property, but this was wonderful.

This is an old condo and it doesn't pretend to be anything else. Sure, it's a little dated and worn, but we really liked it. It was clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. It's well appointed and the bed is comfortable. I also appreciated the indoor parking on the bottom floor.

The location is great! However I came for the cool fresh mountain air and was very disappointed that the only way for fresh air is the sliding glass door that in no way reaches the bedroom which has no windows. I did not feel safe to leave the sliding glass door open at night so I had no way to get in any outside air. This place would be fine in the winter but it is not at all in the summer months.

All in all it’s a nice place to stay and I would stay here again.
Condo is in a great location situated less than a block from a decent grocery store and 1 block from Main St. Where all the shops and restaurants are. Only 3 blocks away from a banging dog park.
The bed was comfortable and there is a laundry room down the hall on the same floor.
The negative is one of the bathroom doors sticks so bad you have to slam it, hard.
Like so hard everyone in the building must be able to hear it. Also ALL the teflon pots and pans are in rough shape with the teflon peeling and scraping off.
(A 2022 study found that scratched teflon pans coated with these chemicals release thousands to millions of microplastics and nanoplastics.)

Location- can’t beat it!
Parking garage- wonderful if under 6’6” but outside parking is also available
Check in& Communication- outstanding!
Pet friendly- YES! easy & low stress
Provided supplies- everything you need from hairdryer, humidifier, even a noise machine in nightstand, tv & WiF, Tons of pillows
I would consider this property more of a 2 person, 3 max. While the sleeper sofa is new, it is not comfortable. Our 8 year old son slept on it & we could hear his every move from the bedroom all night long. I swapped him places one night & it is definitely not a bed for an adult. I am small framed & was not comfortable, & again, every move was loud. A bunk bed with a twin up top & a futon below would have been perfect!
The toilet has privacy from view but no privacy for sound, especially in the night so just be prepared to hear everyone pee.
A small fix that would make a huge difference would be to fix the door from the bathtub area to the family room. It doesn’t open or shut unless you slam it as hard as possible, so we mostly had to leave it open.
All this said…this place is as pictured, perfect location, wonderful check in process & the host was very accommodating & shifted our stay one day when i70 was closed and we couldn’t get there on our arrival date. I would absolutely stay here again with our dogs, but not with our son as he wasn’t comfortable on the sleeper couch. Great for a couple/2 people! We’ve never stayed at a better location!
