"We had a wonderful stay at this location! The kids especially loved the themed rooms. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was great and easy to find. Parking was a little tough, but manageable. The host was very prompt and courteous with her responses. "

"First, I will start by saying the house itself is a beautiful property. Communication with the owner was very scarce. Communication with the property manager was definitely a lot better. I stayed at the property with my boyfriend, my adult children, my minor children, and my grandkids and my mom The pool is not heated and it does not state that in the listing.The pool pump also does not work. We arrived on Friday and it wasn’t cleaned in until Wednesday. The pool pump does not work so even though it was cleaned, the water still wasn’t clean. The listing also does not state there is a charge for grill rental, although there is a grill outside.Upon arrival of the house, we went and checked over everything. The comforters on the beds were dirty. They had not been cleaned. No one wants to lay in someone else’s bodily fluids. There were no extra comforters or bedding to put on the bed so after our 16 Hour drive we were unable to go to sleep because we had to wash the blankets. The showers didn’t work right the water was either freezing or too hot, there was no in between.Also, there was only a few towels and a few wash rags. The property manager did bring towels and rags. The garbage can was broken, and the owner refused to replace it. Garbage bags will not stay in the can so trash just falls all over. There are also is no gate for the pool door, broken side . Everyone left there sick, I think there’s mode in the vents. I’m attaching a picture of what blew out. "

"The pool/hottub combo was a hit. The pool was plenty large for all to swim. I had 16 people and we all had our own space! It was a good location, as we could walk to the resort pool and it wasn’t too far."

"What a wonderful home! We spent 7 nights and loved every single one! The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic after a long day out. Very quiet gated neighborhood with security. I absolutely loved the soaker tub, it may have been my favorite feature of the house. I with the screened patio had a little more privacy but was still fun. The only bad thing I can say about this house is no broom anywhere. Mops were located in the garage but no broom! This home will leave you missing Florida more than I ever thought possible. The location of the home gives you easy access to just about anywhere you want to go in Florida. Within minutes you are on the road to anywhere you want to be! I will absolutely be back swimming in that pool on hypolita next year. "

"The house was in great condition and well equipped with everything we needed. We travel yearly for spring break and will definitely stay at this resort and house again."

"We stayed here for 6 days and while the space is nice, there are some pros and cons to this house. Pros: Great size for a large family. We had 17 people total, and had plenty of space. Beds were great. Nice to have lots of bathrooms. Loved the open concept on main level-kitchen, dining and living room. Loved having a safety gate by the pool to keep kids safer. Great customer service. Cons: super old, moldy dishwasher that doesn’t dry. No spices. Small amount of kitchen gear-pots/pans. No fans in kids themed rooms. Ice maker in freezer didn’t work. Dart game didn’t work. Lots of run down items. Washing machine and dryer were small for our family size. Dryer took forever to dry. Pictures are likely from when it was first listed. Theater room had a broken recliner and was a struggle to connect to. Pool table had some broken tips. Hot tub took quite some time to heat up. And the pool size was ok, but not big enough for all 17 of us to be in. Perfect size for maybe 10-12(mostly kids). As a rental, you can’t expect amazing condition, but everything should be in working order. We were a bit disappointed. However it is about 20-30 min from Disney. 1.5 hrs from the beach. And has a resort pool that is big enough for everyone. The surf pool is not included. "

"We were 6 adults and two children and everything was perfect! Plenty of space, lots of play areas for the kids ages 2 and 4, great warm pool and the hot tub was perfectly hot. Everything was clean and beautiful."
