"This hotel has a very odd set up. It looks like they turned old storage units into hotel rooms. But the rooms were clean and everything is brand new. Breakfast line was extremely long with only one or two staff members struggling to keep up with replacing items. We could hear screaming and crying kids all hours from inside our room so soundproofing is not good. This hotel is good for families on a budget. "

"The room was cool. Only complaint I have about the room is that it smelled like dogs had urinated on the carpets. I have a dog, so I know the smell. I know the resort is pet friendly, but maybe having rooms where you can choose from whether a pet stayed in it or not (just my opinion). Loved that they had a washer and dryer in the unit, so all wet clothes could get dry before packing up to leave. The shuttle within the resort was very helpful. Pool could’ve been a little cleaner as there was liter in it. Lamps didn’t work for charging stations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Staff was inattentive to our requests. Our refrigerator was not functioning. The ice maker was not working. We called the main office to ask for ice and for someone to repair it. We were told someone would be there that day to fix it but in the mean time they would bring us ice. No one ever showed up that day. We called again the next day and were told they would make sure someone came that day. Again no one showed up. We went our whole stay (4 days) with a broken ice maker and no ice. One day we went to the Starbucks in the clubhouse to ask for cups of ice and got an attitude from the worker when we asked for a couple of cups of ice. Not happy with my stay and will not be returning. Customer service is lacking at this place. "

"Oh my gosh, what a great home for our large family of 14. Everyone had their own space and the common areas were large enough for all of us. The theater room was fabulous and the pool slide was enjoyed daily. We loved our time here. "
