"Front desk very helpful "

"The condo we rented was very nice. However there isn’t any parking available to you outside your building. Our car got towed the first night. Costing us an extra $200 fee. I also paid extra to have “pool access” thinking the pool would be behind my back yard. But you have to walk almost a mile to get to the pool. The water park on the property was full everyday we want. So had to stand in lines just to get in ! I would never recommend this resort to anyone ! "

"We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath. The room was very nice and clean, however the AC would not cut off and it was freezing the entire time. The waterpark was nice but small. The other pools were nice but only 1 was in walking distance so unless you rent a golf cart you have to drive to them. The bar in the hotel had delicious cocktails and our femaile bartender was very sweet. I would stay here again for sure."

"Oh my gosh, what a great home for our large family of 14. Everyone had their own space and the common areas were large enough for all of us. The theater room was fabulous and the pool slide was enjoyed daily. We loved our time here. "

"Loved everything about the home! If you have a large family there is not a ton of seating in the living room. But for the two of us it wasn’t a big deal! We would return!"

"Bed was comfortable and quiet got much rest. Hotel was very clean and smell good from the lobby to the room. Staff was very polite "

"The host was very responsive with all our needs and questions. The house was clean and tidy. The bathrooms upstairs were a bit dated. Pool was nice, and hot tub was a treat in the evenings."
