"A friend and I stayed for one night in a twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, but sadly the shower and bath adjuster was broken. You would try to have a shower and it would run at low pressure as it was filling the bath. It was too late to change rooms as we were going back out for the evening. The hotel in general was clean, staff very friendly/helpful, breakfast good choice, and in a good location for us. "

"I was looking for a central London hotel within a modest London budget. Near the tube, only one stop to St Pancras and a 15 mins walk to Covent Garden. The room was small, but the bed was super comfy, and the shower room was spotless. When I first saw the hotel, the exterior of the hotel my heart did sink a bit, however internally it’s really lovely. We stayed on a room only basis so didn’t try the restaurant or bar. "

"It was perfect for a one-night stay. Very clean, with everything we needed. My only complaint is that the duvet was way too heavy and warm for May. We ended up removing it from the cover, and just using that as a sheet."

"There were quite a few sirens with the hospital being close, but otherwise a nice hotel and good experience. Breakfast was decent and the staff friendly. We enjoyed the small park across the street and being close to several transit stations."
