Areas for improvement- more plant-based, gut friendly options at mealtimes. House/keeping in terms of cleaning and tidying our room and replacing used glasses. Despite being in the heart of Blackpool, the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. What really sets this hotel apart is its outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Whether it was advice on local attractions or dietary requests at mealtimes, nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfasts were hearty and satisfying, served in a bright and cheerful dining area.
