"Appartment was nicely equipped and cosy, pair this with regular cleaning and you get a nice experience. Only problem is beware of where you park!! There is no designated parking for guests, the only bays around are 2 hours maximim stay and traffix wardens are very active in the area."

"Lovely place to stay, Could of done with being cleaner as i did have to wipe alot of things down because of the grime, Instructions would of been nice as we couldn’t work the hot tub properly and there was no hot water, Also could only get netflix on the tv as it would not allow us on anything else. With their being residents also there was alot of outside noise."

"The stairs were ultra steep up to the apartment. Trying to get up and down with luggage and a pet. Thee another set of stairs dividing the bedroom and kitchen and bathroom. It does not look at all like the phot which is probably not the one we stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The TV was not connected to the internet so no streaming conten. "There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. It also said toilet roll and towels were included with booking but there was only 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. Towels looked...

"Blackpool has so many hotel rooms, so many holiday flats... but not many with any level of comfort. The Park Road Suites are an exception. Very comfortable, clean and reasonably central. We also gained the benefit of free on-site parking. YES, I would stay again YES, you should book!"

"Lovely little apartment perfect for a couple or a solo traveler holiday. The place has two floors : a kitchen/living room with a balcony upstairs and bedroom with a toilet downstairs. Kitchen was equipped for everything you might need for cooking and the balcony was spacious enough to have breakfasts with a magnificent sea view. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quite and peaceful so we slept very well. Location is great - it’s situated in the little town within a few minutes...

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"
