"We had a great two night stay when we visited from Canada. The room was pleasant. The three course meal in the Palm restaurant was delicious. The entertainment in the number 10 bar was very good. The one thing I would suggest is having more staff on the desk at check in time. The staff were very friendly on the desk, in the restaurant and in the bar. Good job Imperial. "

"The place is beautiful and the rooms are nice. However, I didn't not like behaviour of one receptionist at front desk. I just asked whether is there any lake view room available. She started with rudely telling no we are full and then she started telling, we have members who pays a lot of money so we give them those room first, and you just booked the room 10 days before. Our members have booked a year before. Well I didn't want that information with so much rudeness and arrogance, a simple no would have worked. On top of that, heater was not working in the main bedroom which we realised in night. after informing it reception they gave a spare electric heater and told it will be fixed next day morning. However, it was not fixed till we left the place which means for next 3 days. Apart from these I have really enjoyed my stay."
