"This is a lovely hotel with great accommodation and facilities. I had booked a deluxe room and from the Expedia room information this room had AC. Unfortunately, when we got to our room it was very hot ( 31 degrees outside) and it didn't have AC. I went down to the reception desk with my proof of AC showing on that website. Apparently, this is an error!! They do have rooms with AC, but it was £10 extra ( Premium room). After a bit of discussion and the member of staff phoning a manager, we were upgraded for no extra charge ( just a pity it took a phone call). Expedia need to fix this error on their website. Overall, a lovely hotel to stay in."

"Walworth Hall is a great hotel set in a castle! Everything was perfect .... well almost! We had booked a suite, which was everything we wished for except it was on the top floor! There are no lifts and so our room was only accessible by climbing the stairs. As we are both over the age of 80, this was pretty tiring! Fortunately we were only staying one night. I would definitely recommend the hotel as an amazing place to stay but if we stay there again, we would request a room on a lower floor!"
