"Lovely accommodation for our 5 families to get together... 10 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Darlington with parks close by for the children. A little bit dated but absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Great big bay windows for people watching onto the street was also a massive bonus (although the windows only opened from the bottom up so dangerous for the little ones and dogs, just to bare in mind, but not a negative in anyway!) It's within walking distance of Durham Cathedral (although, if you have mobility issues, be aware that the walk to the cathedral is mostly uphill). "Fabulous property which is great for dogs and kids due to the location and park nearby. Andy left us out a ball, dog bags, prosecco, bread and plenty of toiletries which was a great litte touch. The bed was the best ive ever slept on, the bedding superb, plenty of towels and this place is a definite 10 out of 10 if you have children and/or pets.
