"I love how the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. I love the free breakfast and dinner, as well as the free shuttle service, popcorn and free drinks in the evening. Would lstay with Drury Hotel again, no doubt. The only minor thing was the absence of USB ports in the rooms. Hope the rooms get updated with it. Thanks a lot again!"

"Check in procedure was a pain. There is no employee in the front lobby at night. The man before me was told to go to a hotel down the street to check in at this hotel. The owner walked down to check us in 10 minutes later. The lobby was a disaster…so unprofessional! The cameras are constantly following you and I witnessed them taking pictures of my wife. The room was extremely dirty, it was questionable if the sheets were clean because there were several hairs on them, many things were in disrepair, the toilet seat was falling off (I fixed that), and the front door jamb appeared to have been kicked in several times. In general, the place was a dump and felt unsafe. Not sure exactly what hotel all the other 10/10 reviewers were staying at!?! I suspect someone is writing fake reviews."

"The hotel is in need of an update. The smell when I walked into the lobby is an old smell.the panel withthe buttons in the elevator was loose, someone had scratched names on the inside of the elevator door, the hallway was hot, the window in my room had lip/face marks all over it, my room smelled like mildew. I felt like I smelled like the room when I left the next day."

"The moldy/mustry smells in the room completely ruined the experience for me. Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly."
