"We stayed here many times before as it is very convenient being attached to T4. The hotel is looking very run down and just dirty in general. The carpets are stained everywhere. We stayed in a Premier Plus room and it was looking tired. The general cleanliness of the hotel is lacking. We will look for other alternatives next time we fly through Heathrow."

"Me encantó el hotel, el desayuno muy rico, las habitaciones están bien y lo único que no me gustó es que tienes que solicitar que realicen la limpieza de la habitación de lo contrario nunca harán la habitación"

"Everything was OK"

"Decent hotel, good location. Comfortable beds"

"Very good location and close to London Eye and Big Ben, Just 5 mins on foots. Go to Waterloo station around 5-6 mins. A friendly reminder, you have to proactively request room cleaning services. Otherwise they will not cleaning your room."

"I think need to reduce the price room"

"L’air climatisé fonctionne mal"
