"Facility was very clean. We only stayed for one night. It had a very nice refrigerator and microwave.For a short stay we would go there again. The facility needs to be updated."
"We had a pleasant 3-night stay. We loved the spaciousness of the room, the fact that we had our own mini-kitchen, and that the bathroom sink and toilet/shower were separate. The hotel's breakfast area on the 10th floor was very spacious with beautiful views of Long Island Sound, and there was a nice variety of items offered for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We witnessed them handle an unruly guest very early the the morning with regard for the other guests' safety and with professionalism. The area around the hotel offered many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance–including both national chains and local options. The urban location means there was a considerable amount of exterior traffic and construction noise, but that comes with the territory. The HVAC system was not the best at regulating the temperature in the room, and there wasn't an option for running the fan continuously which might have helped with the exterior noise. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend and return. "

"Spectacular home with gorgeous views, watching the tide come in and out from the small creek was nice. We had a small wedding that worked perfectly with this location, host was incredibly responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this location for a stay! "

"Steps away from Iona College this is a perfect fit for Parents Weekend, visiting for a sporting event or venturing in to NYC. Clean and new space gives you a great base for your adventure. "The property was exactly as described. The only thing I had a problem with was the first night street parking. I believe there was a party going on down the street, thus, occupying all available spots on the street. Other than that, I the trip was perfect and I was very comfortable at the property. Will stay again!"
