He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"Friendly ryokan style hotel with onsen and hot-stone sauna. Our room had a nice outdoor shower and private onsen. The restaurant served amazing food. It’s a popular family onsen, so expect it to be lively, especially during weekends. Absolutely recommended. "
