"Aside from a brief time when we had to ask the neighbors to turn down music (they did, and had it off the rest of the time) this place was perfect. Bargain for the Hamptons. Greg is lovely and we would rent again."

"I only stayed here one night (found an online discount) and I loved it! I stayed during the week with my boyfriend and walked from the train station to the hotel. Once there, the staff was super friendly and the room was quaint. As a standard room it only had a dresser, mini-fridge, and bed. The bed was comfy and restroom mold free. I was expecting the hammock in the bedroom, but oh well. There were hammocks outside, yet they were taken when we looked. We LOVED the complimentary bikes! Easy...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The house is very spacious and the 4 bedrooms are big with Queen size beds. It has a very cute little porch with a bbq and a huge pool area. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The owner was very attentive and timely in his answer to all my questions. It only takes about 15min to get to Southampton Main St. where there are a lot of nice restaurants and little shops. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"10 out of 10!!! I can't wait to come back! Every thing was amazing!!! We had room 108! Perfect tucked away room on the 1st floor in the corner! Bed was amazing, shower was amazing!!! Just all in all a perfect little getaway! Can't wait to come back to this resort."

"My room was unacceptable, there was mold and the shower was flooding the bathroom all the time, the wifi did not work very well and the owner/manager was not helpful. I had to call every time we needed more towels and she was not welcoming or friendly at all. When we told her about the shower she did not show any remorse"
