"The property certainly was lived in. The game house had a strong musty smell . Airing it out did nothing. The interior of the house was clean and updated. The pool had lots of leaves in the bottom . I contacted the owner and a pool guy came by on his official day a few days later to vacuum which I wasn’t thrilled with since we’re having friends come by the day after we got there. The property is huge around the pool. We couldn’t understand why we couldn’t have more than 12 people come for a 90 year old birthday gathering. It certainly could handle more than that. It’s not like we would be having a wild party or anything! The property on the side of the game house had yellow caution tape blocking off access to that area which the kids thought was spooky.For the price we paid I feel like it should’ve been better. This house certainly has had its share of visitors. The board games in the game house should be tossed. I should also mention that the railroad runs behind the pool area and the house rattles each time it goes by . Also Good luck Making a left on Greenfield rd to exit also - traffic is fast and furious. All in all the grandkids loved the pool with lots of water toys. The game room was used for ping pong and pool for short periods since the smell discouraged long hang outs in there.The beds were decently comfortable. You need to put a safety bar in the jack and Jill shower - there’s nothing to grab but the door handle! ExtraWashing supplies were delivered fast!"

"Spent our vacation at this phenomenal home! We were three generations (and our dog) and there was plenty of space and activities to keep everyone busy. Having six comfortable bedrooms and two living rooms with a full finished basement with gym equipment and a pool/ping pong table helped make the rainy day fun! The kitchen was wonderful and all needed supplies were available! Having access to separate baths in each bedroom was a plus! The grounds were spectacular from the view of the bay/pond from the second floor living room and deck to the grounds and the Pool where our granddaughters wanted to spend all our time. Access to a small beach in walking distance for shell searching and enjoying the sunshine. Having access to Kayak was also a major plus! The grounds provided great parking for our group! Having worked with numerous hosts through the years, I want to commend Ben for his attention to detail, helpfulness and quick responses to any inquiry. We decided to do this vacation late and he was attentive from the first inquiry through our departure. He truly was an extraordinary host! Thanks for allowing us to make special family memories in this fantastic property. We would love to return in the future!"
