The Capri hotel is an awesome place to stay, it is fun, clean and is completely updated and so comfortable!
The staff is super nice and helpful, and I would highly recommend it!!
Old and run down property, vending machines are all broken which is an issue since there is no kitchen restaurant or room service available. The relationship between the Ketchy beach club and hotel is bizarre at past. On Saturday us and three other hotel
Guests were told by the restaurant that they had a pool party and if they sold the cabana we would be kicked out. When I followed up on Sunday with the hotel they said this simply wasn’t true. There were other guests that bought bottles simply not to be bothered. On Sunday there was no party but since the restaurant was closed there also was no way to get breakfast or lunch or a drink without leaving the hotel, which is on a high way so no way to walk anywhere
Not worth the price - only book if you absolutely know what you are getting into.
Service was extremely cold at best with the exception of the person working the desk on our last day.

The restaurant on property and pool bar was closed during our stay. The shower had a little mold. The faucet was broken, and the door in the bathroom gets stock. The outside is cute but a little run down.
A vibrant property which is well loved. It worked for us mid week but might be a bit loud during party season on Friday and Saturday nights. Peak season pricing always stings.
This hotel was terrible and severly over priced. The room was small for 2 double beds & the floor was very dirty. Two towels for 3 adults. Had to ask for a 3rd towel again on the 2nd night. The third day they never bothered to service our room. I went twice & asked for the manager. No manager. No one follows up. Phone in room is dead. Parties at pool bar after midnight the 1st two nights. Thus morning at check out, front door locked. Sign saying back at 8 am. Called the emergency number and you get a voice recording. No one bothers to call you back. The place is very run down. AC starts & stops all night. Bright light outside of bedroom. Blinds let in tons of light. So try sleeping with a lite room, on and off AC & pounding pool music. I travel extensively. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in & it cost just under $1000 Canadian dollars per night. Horrific experience for ALL three of us who went to Southampton for a work weekend.

This was not what I expected but ended to be a sleep and relaxing hotel that was just what we needed.
Weekends are active with pool parties and loud music. Weekdays its extremely quiet. Pool is great.
No food or beverage during the weekdays which was fine because we ran to store and shops and had great options.
Annie was fantastic while we stayed at Capri. She made sure we were happy at all times and had everything we needed. Capri is such a cute little hotel and I’d definitely stay here in the future!
Disgusting. So loud. Poor woman at the front was helpful but the place has a lot of nerve charging $1000 a night. It’s giving a Rodeway motel at best. So gross.
The club on the property blasts music from noon to 4am. Great if you’re partying all night! Unfortunately, being a guest at the hotel does not guarantee access to the club/bar. The lights in our room were flickering heavily and there seems to be an electrical issue. Everything about this place felt like I was in Panama City beach for spring break in college.
The first morning after my arrival I asked 3 times for someone to come clean my room as I did not have the tag to hang on my door available in my room. No one came to clean it and when I asked again in the evening, the cleaning ladies were leaving and came to my room for 3 seconds to change the towels. I was staying on a business trip, the music and construction during the day was horrible and loud. The restaurant was closed and the pool was closed due to construction. I paid over $1,000 for Friday night without being able to use pool, restaurant and just to listen to loud music and construction. It’s awful that the hotel was charging people these high rates for the conditions there were offering without letting the customer know in advance.
We always love our stay at the Capri. It’s super close to town, offers relaxation at their amazing pool and Annie who manages all things is absolutely phenomenal. If I could give her 100 stars on here I would! See you again this summer!
The music was so loud until late, 2am. Banging in the rooms, ants in the bathroom and a stopped up sink. I spoke to the front desk repeatedly, she was kind, but it continued through the night.
I have been to Capri and many resorts that felt rejuvenating. After this one I left feeling like I need a vacation.
