"This is a lovely property in a very good location. The pool, hot tub and pickleball courts are amazing and we used them all. Lots of outdoor seating and a great grill. We had a large family get together and there was space for everyone. You’re close to beaches and it’s less than 10 minutes from the Southampton jitney stop. Please note that you should bring extra toilet paper, shampoo, soap because what’s provided won’t last you if you’re there for a few days. We flew in from London with carry on luggage and didn’t realize we’d need to restock these items. The Hamptons really are lovely. "
"We could not recommend this property more! The rooms are fabulous and the grounds are beautiful. We had a room on the ground and our dog loved the easy access outside. The rooms are decorated beautifully as well - very chic and spacious! Cant wait to come back here in the Fall."

"The location couldn’t have been better — just minutes from all our favorite coffee shops, restaurants, and no more than a 5-minute drive to the beach or any other local spot we wanted to visit. The house itself has that authentic Southampton charm, with a beautiful aesthetic that made us feel right at home.Property owners were very responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay!The true hidden gem of the property was the outdoor shower — absolutely perfect after a day at the beach! Our dog also had the best time running around the spacious yard. It’s rare to find a place that feels both peaceful and perfectly connected to everything we love. We can’t wait to come back!"
