"Clean Room, Staff was fine, Breakfast was a grab go type ordeal, Kitchen ok 1 burner didn't work to well, quiet location, and plenty of restaurants in the area. "

"This place is truly a dump. We walked in and it was smelly. The bathroom was dirty, the bedding had holes in it. Since this was only a quick trip to see our kids and grand kids. We really roughed it. We slept in our clothes. Had we not been so tired, we’d found another place to lay our heads down. We couldn’t wait to get back home. The front desk clerk was very rude. Glad I took pictures of this place. I will be forwarding them to the Virginia Health Dept. and I hope Hotels.com remove them off their site."

"First day we got there, the beds needed to be changed, and the bathroom wasn’t clean, we saw roaches crawling in tub. We called front desk, and told them and they was to send someone to reclean and no one showed up. The third day, we went to office and dude behind desk lied about someone called to say the room was cleaned and it never was. So therefore never again. "

"We was put in a handicap room and we were not handicap. We also took a shower and there was no shower gel .other then that it was a nice stay ."

"Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Good choices with breakfast. Hotel is a little outdated, but that can be fixed if they get the right crew to do it."
