"Families traveling with teenagers beware. Traveling with our children, aged 14 and 17 and upon check in the staff argued with us that our 17 year old daughter is too old to stay with us in the room and that she was an adult that needed to book her own room! After arguing how insane this was and then trying to find completely different accommodation, they "allowed" her to stay in the room but admonished us on how this was an extreme safety concern to have three adults in one room..our own 17...

"The location is excellent where you can find restaurants, shops, pharmacies and groceries within 5 minutes walk. Easy to go Central London by underground trains and Heathrow Airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of all, the AC works perfectly during the crazy heat wave in London. Highly recommend."

"It might all have been a little better, if the Premier Inn at Putney Bridge, in which we had booked accommodation way back in January, had not subsequently been closed, just a short while before the dates we were expecting to stay. Adding insult to injury, I see that you yesterday charged the sum of $244.57 plus an international transfer fee of $8.56 to our Credit Card account — for accommodation which was of course never provided. For goodness’ sake, stop sending hopelessly inappropriate emails...
