Great location in Shepherds Bush. Room was clean and bed comfy. Shower not easy to operate. Breakfast complicated in what was included for a certain price. Poached eggs nice but sausages bland.

My 1st room had plumbing/smell issues but the staff was great at moving me to another immediately. Service at the Chet’s restaurant wasn’t the greatest. Close to cute shops, the underground and The Hawks Nest, which has great pizza & wine. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would book again.
