"건물 상태나 다른 건 크게 흠잡거나 할 건 아닌데... 로비를 들어서는 순간부터 담배냄새가 코를 찌릅니다. 복도에서는 더하고요... 룸 컨디션도 다른 부분은 평범했습니다만, 여기서도 담배냄새가 너무 나서 여름에 창문을 열고 자야만 했습니다. 관리에 한참 신경을 써야만 할 것 같습니다."
