"An enormous resort with a huge rooftop area. A karaoke room, laundry facilities. The staff were so lovely and gave us a gift for Parent’s day and also a great recommendation for a Jeju black pork bbq restaurant. There are pools at the hotel too but there emptied because it was colder weather. There is a cafe and restaurant located nearby but you will need a car to get to nearby areas where there are shops and restaurants. The room itself was huge and more like an apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen."

"Surprisingly some said the hotel is quite loud at night? But totally no for us. We got our room at level 6 the highest. The room is so big. I love the room coz not carpet flooring. Mini supermarket store at level 1 with reasonable price. Recommended and will stay here again!"

"The resort is beautifully located among 3 other hotels. It’s very convenient, and have many facilities. Overall it was a great stay but few things can be better - overall the rooms are not very well maintained - when we arrived drawers were not cleaned, same goes for under the bed etc - 1 day housekeeping did not clean the room properly, just put things back into the place, without mopping the floor etc - restaurant at Landing does not so all carte dinner and only does buffet at 139k KRW per person which is a bit expensive as one doesn’t feel eat a lot during dinner "

"Sarah is a very kind lady. My son was having very high fever above 40 and i was totally helpless trying to find the nearest hospital. Noelia was totally different before and after the booking. She requested me to respect her timezone and asked me to turn to Sarah. I was shocked as the attitude was totally different when i communicated with her in different timezone. Besides the point, Sarah rushed over with a bottle of brufen to check on my son and helped my hubby with naver map to locate the hospital location. She even called the hospital to inform them of my son's condition as we may have difficulty in communication. She even allowed us to take longer time to check out next day. We were very grateful and appreciated her kindness and warmth when we were in really difficult situation. Casa Linda is a very nice place located in a quiet and tranquil surrounding. The property is very clean and spacious enough to accommodate our group of 7 people. Unfortunately due to my son's condition, we couldnt enjoy the lovely garden and the vicinity area. There is also a convenient store within walking distance and we settled our quick and simple dinner there without able to enjoy the recommended cafe and eateries nearby. Thank you very much Sarah.
