"Great value hotel in Jeju. Very close to seaside, beautiful view from the room. Room is a studio style with a small kitchen and fridge (enough to make late night instant noodle or dumplings) with heated floors. Bathroom is a decent size with rain showers. Room furniture is a bit older but in good condition. Check in staff don’t speak fluent English (but this is common in Korea), however made us feel very welcomed. "It's one of the better hotels in Jeju -- it has "villa" which is a single house and "hotel" which is the room in a 3-story building. We stayed at the hotel but it's also spacious and came with good view to the see. The service was good. The only complain is there is no car access so you need to walk up/down hill -- they do have cart service but for check-in/out."

"Great location overlooking the sea. Short walk to market, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good with a large variety of food both Korean and western. Only thing was the beds were very hard like sleeping on the floor but has been the same elsewhere in Korea. There was also no aircon as winter season, but when asked they resolved this for me. "

"The family room is very spacious with a large long table. It is reasonably clean and very comfortable. As we were travelling in a group of 7 senior citizens, the service staff singly carried our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift available. Worth to mentioned that each luggage weight not less than 17 kg. The surrounding is beautiful and serene, garden well maintained. "
