"An enormous resort with a huge rooftop area. A karaoke room, laundry facilities. The staff were so lovely and gave us a gift for Parent’s day and also a great recommendation for a Jeju black pork bbq restaurant. There are pools at the hotel too but there emptied because it was colder weather. There is a cafe and restaurant located nearby but you will need a car to get to nearby areas where there are shops and restaurants. The room itself was huge and more like an apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen."

"Pros: Spacious, clean, friendly owners who don't speak English but they can use Google Translate Cons Very hard bed with uncomfortably thick pillows. No shower curtain or glass to prevent water from splashing in the bathroom. Seat on sofa is barely 12 inches high suitable for children but not for adults. The sofa and coffee table are so low and there is no other table and chairs so the only way to eat is standing at the kitchen counter. Poorly stocked kitchen. One large plate, one small plate, two tiny bowls, two small bowls, one pairing knife, Chopsticks and spoons. No cutting board no forks and knives to cut food with no way to prepare food even though there is a two burner cook top. One pot with lid but no frying pans or cooking utensils. No place to put dishes after you wash them so each dish has to be dried individually as it's being washed.. loud barking dog at the property next door. No dresser or place to put clothes except for a few hangers. "

"Good sized room, not quite as nice as on the photo though (no decoration and a bit older) The stairs are uneven so a little bit wonky, but nothing major and there is an elevator Paid self-laundry available, which is practical No access to the water machine or microwave outside of reception opening hours (around 9 am to around 9-10 pm) Breakfast is ok, but it starts at 9:15, so it can be late for exploration Not allowed to bring outside food in the lounge area, you have to eat in your room, as they sell food onsite No access to kitchen, only microwave"

"Sarah is a very kind lady. My son was having very high fever above 40 and i was totally helpless trying to find the nearest hospital. Noelia was totally different before and after the booking. She requested me to respect her timezone and asked me to turn to Sarah. I was shocked as the attitude was totally different when i communicated with her in different timezone. Besides the point, Sarah rushed over with a bottle of brufen to check on my son and helped my hubby with naver map to locate the hospital location. She even called the hospital to inform them of my son's condition as we may have difficulty in communication. She even allowed us to take longer time to check out next day. We were very grateful and appreciated her kindness and warmth when we were in really difficult situation. Casa Linda is a very nice place located in a quiet and tranquil surrounding. The property is very clean and spacious enough to accommodate our group of 7 people. Unfortunately due to my son's condition, we couldnt enjoy the lovely garden and the vicinity area. There is also a convenient store within walking distance and we settled our quick and simple dinner there without able to enjoy the recommended cafe and eateries nearby. Thank you very much Sarah.
