"An enormous resort with a huge rooftop area. A karaoke room, laundry facilities. The staff were so lovely and gave us a gift for Parent’s day and also a great recommendation for a Jeju black pork bbq restaurant. There are pools at the hotel too but there emptied because it was colder weather. There is a cafe and restaurant located nearby but you will need a car to get to nearby areas where there are shops and restaurants. The room itself was huge and more like an apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen."

"Pros: Spacious, clean, friendly owners who don't speak English but they can use Google Translate Cons Very hard bed with uncomfortably thick pillows. No shower curtain or glass to prevent water from splashing in the bathroom. Seat on sofa is barely 12 inches high suitable for children but not for adults. The sofa and coffee table are so low and there is no other table and chairs so the only way to eat is standing at the kitchen counter. Poorly stocked kitchen. One large plate, one small plate, two tiny bowls, two small bowls, one pairing knife, Chopsticks and spoons. No cutting board no forks and knives to cut food with no way to prepare food even though there is a two burner cook top. One pot with lid but no frying pans or cooking utensils. No place to put dishes after you wash them so each dish has to be dried individually as it's being washed.. loud barking dog at the property next door. No dresser or place to put clothes except for a few hangers. "

"Surprisingly some said the hotel is quite loud at night? But totally no for us. We got our room at level 6 the highest. The room is so big. I love the room coz not carpet flooring. Mini supermarket store at level 1 with reasonable price. Recommended and will stay here again!"

"The condo was comfortable and spacious for a family with small children. The couches were quite worn out with many stains on them so it wasn't comfortable to sit on them. The staff are friendly and willing to help out, however many do not speak English so communication can be tricky. There is a lot to do on the resort grounds for families. If you have a car, driving just a few minutes outside of the resort will get you to a convenient store that has more resonable prices than the same branded convenient store on the resort grounds. "

"Sarah is a very kind lady. My son was having very high fever above 40 and i was totally helpless trying to find the nearest hospital. Noelia was totally different before and after the booking. She requested me to respect her timezone and asked me to turn to Sarah. I was shocked as the attitude was totally different when i communicated with her in different timezone. Besides the point, Sarah rushed over with a bottle of brufen to check on my son and helped my hubby with naver map to locate the hospital location. She even called the hospital to inform them of my son's condition as we may have difficulty in communication. She even allowed us to take longer time to check out next day. We were very grateful and appreciated her kindness and warmth when we were in really difficult situation. Casa Linda is a very nice place located in a quiet and tranquil surrounding. The property is very clean and spacious enough to accommodate our group of 7 people. Unfortunately due to my son's condition, we couldnt enjoy the lovely garden and the vicinity area. There is also a convenient store within walking distance and we settled our quick and simple dinner there without able to enjoy the recommended cafe and eateries nearby. Thank you very much Sarah. "The property was good. Very family oriented with to much to do with kids. A lot af restaurants around the area. The staff is very friendly. Accessible to the water park and Theme park. The thing that I don't like is you have to pay extra for use the hotel pool."
