"My first time in Dallas, and this was a wonderful place to stay. Communication with Austin was clear and timely. My questions were answered, instructions on how to access the unit were straightforward, and I was always met with kindness. The size of the home, the included amenities, and the location were great. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to get anywhere you need in a timely manner by car or uber. DT, Deep Elum are within 10 mins. The home was...

"Great Place to stay! staff is friendly. Hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast bar could use a little help but food is good. Coffee is hot. Husband and I use this hotel frequently to stay to go to concerts in Dallas. Hotel never disappoints nice clean updated rooms. Staff is extra friendly very helpful."

"The rooms were very clean, had a corner room so it was incredibly spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. The restaurant was great, with a wonderful staff. Our server was very sweet and helpful, wish I’d gotten his name. And the bartender, Victor, was fantastic too. The food was also really good! The front desk staff were lovely too. Hated that I was only there one night. The only downside was my neighbors were noisy and the air conditioner is quite loud but would definitely stay...

"Very tastefully decorated and trendy property. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the room and bathroom were top notch. Amenities were excellent."

"The way the room was set up was very convenient. "

"This hotel is located in an area that is currently undergoing a revitalization. There is a very large park across the street. The room was clean and newly remodeled but small details like an old shower curtain and lack of clothes hangers and a chair were simple fixes that could really improve the rooms."

"This place is awful. The room they assigned us was a dump—the walls were cracked, the bathrooms were filthy and had no shower curtains, it smelled terrible, the floor was covered in dirt, and the windows had no curtains. It was like being in a garbage dump. They should shut down a place like this."

"This is a gorgeous hotel with the most amazing and super friendly and accommodating staff! The rooms are large and very comfortable - good and drinks spectacular!"

"I checked in at 11PM. Got room 102 which is not cleaned properly again staff changed to 303 and it also ended disgusting in Bathroom."
