"Skyline view was top tier. Bathrooms were so nice!"

"Great stay!"

"Staff very poor"

"Great Place to stay! staff is friendly. Hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast bar could use a little help but food is good. Coffee is hot. Husband and I use this hotel frequently to stay to go to concerts in Dallas. Hotel never disappoints nice clean updated rooms. Staff is extra friendly very helpful."

"The property is clean and well maintained. Walking distance to historical district. Some the onsite facilities/bar were closed as vacancy was low. Overall a very good hotel. Area around hotel is quiet, limited restaurants."

"The bar was awesome, we had great service and even better drinks!"

"The rooms were very clean, had a corner room so it was incredibly spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. The restaurant was great, with a wonderful staff. Our server was very sweet and helpful, wish I’d gotten his name. And the bartender, Victor, was fantastic too. The food was also really good! The front desk staff were lovely too. Hated that I was only there one night. The only downside was my neighbors were noisy and the air conditioner is quite loud but would definitely stay...

"The location, room, and staff were great. Very close to the center of downtown. The valet parking, washer and dryer amenities were perfect. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the how slow it took for a elevator. The stairs had pee smells and were very dirty and nasty. The room and hallway were clean though. I don't know why they don't maintain the stairs."

"The room wasn’t the cleanest. There were dirty towels in the room and a large water stain on the carpet. A worker attempted to enter the room after check-in to check on something that should’ve been complete before check-in. They did offer to put me in a different room, but I didn’t have the time to wait."

"The way the room was set up was very convenient. "
