"We had a fantastic time at the Hilton Wangfujing! It was my wife’s and my 20th anniversary. We mentioned it to them and one night they sent us up a cake and decorated the bed with two swans made out of towels and sprinkled rose petals on it. A very nice touch. We look forward to visiting again soon."

"From the moment we arrived at The Peninsula Hotel Beijing, it was clear that we were about to experience something truly exceptional. Every element of our stay—from the warm welcome to the luxurious suite, the stunning hotel, and the world-class service—was nothing short of extraordinary. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding level of customer service. Every staff member we encountered was gracious, attentive, and professional, but a special mention must go to Ludi, who looked after us from the moment we stepped foot in The Peninsula, with genuine care and kindness. Ludi’s attention to detail and warm hospitality elevated our entire experience—nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and swift response. She is a true asset to The Peninsula team. Our suite was spectacular—elegantly designed with spacious interiors, a perfect balance of modern luxury and timeless Chinese artistry. The city views from our suite showcased the gentle but consistent hum of Beijing, especially as the city lit up in the evening. Every comfort had been thoughtfully considered, from the sumptuous bed linens to the high-tech features and stunning marble bathroom. I've been fortunate enough to stay in many hotels around the world, but The Peninsula Beijing is, without question, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end, and I would return in a heartbeat. "

Regent Hotel Beijing.

"From we exited from the taxi, to registration and entered our room, were so perfect. We had been served by the Ms. Elena Li, Guest Experience Mgr, who was so friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The breakfast was too many choices and so tasteful, it made us difficult to choose. Our stay in Regent Hotel was so satisfactory and we felt that we didn’t want to leave the room. "
