"Excellent location in CBD district and it’s directly link to a luxury mall. My room has a good view of the TV station tower. Big room and bed is comfortable. Staff are helpful when I have a query. There’s a good restaurant/ bar on ground floor with live band performance. Will stay this hotel when back to BJ"

"The service was not attentive enough. Staff did not proactively assist with luggage when I was leaving, and customers were not greeted in the hallway. The lobby was chaotic, and staff did not provide clear instructions. During checkout, staff did not notice that the fee had already been prepaid and tried to charge me again. Terrible customer experience considering it is a 5 star hotel. Room is clean with pleasant smell."

"Overall we had a positive experience. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the bedding and the king size bed. Great bathroom with shower and a bathtub. However the room was dated. Old furnishing with marks of tear and wear and in need of updating. The western breakfast is monotonous and lacking in flavours. No option for oat milk and pastries are mediocre. Some very sweet cereal and bread with cold cuts was the daily offer. The chinese breakfast had more variety and only reoccurred every 3 days. "
