"Great stay but self check in wasn't working so took a while."

"The room met my needs, but was shabby and requires renovation. I booked a family room which contained a kitchenette, however there was only a desk and one chair so nowhere to sit and eat. Lots of things about the room that were poorly designed/laid out. On the plus side the pool area was nice and hotel located a short walk from the city centre."

"Wonderful stay. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, particularly the new rooms in the Pinnacle Tower. I had such a beautiful room, a big comfortable bed, and lovely modern bathtub. The room service was delicious and the spa and gym were clean and relaxing spaces. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Right across the street from the water. I believe it has views of the water from all rooms. Lots of thing to do near by."
