I asked the girl for more details. She just said “ sorry, ALL those office are closed. Let’s do the check in first.” She was not trying to help. After check in, I found that there were three travel agents were opening at that time! There were few more times that I found that girl was a machine...

We got a free upgrade to a private pool villa, there was no safe in the room but that just guaranteed 100% safety of our personal item's without worry (which is a nice change from other thai hotels). "I had a great stay at Thalassa. It’s located on the small walk street along Sairee Beach that has all the shops and restaurants. My room had a fantastic king sized bed parked on a teak wood platform with lots of pillows. There was a choice between 3 breakfasts included with the room - all looked delicious. Nice place at a good price!"
